Just in time for the Jr/Sr Track & Field season, Coach Riley along with Miss Krywiak, are encouraging athletes to take part in
Pre-Season Conditioning/Training sessions.
These sessions are geared toward strengthening and toning muscles, tendons and ligaments to reduce the possibility of injuries during training and competition.
