Barons Junior Basketball Team Takes Second Place at the Glendon Tournament

The New Myrnam School Barons junior high basketball team had a fantastic showing this weekend at the Glendon tournament, winning their side of the pool and taking second place overall after a close loss in the final. The team got better with each game in the tournament, and displayed teamwork, hard work and sportsmanship throughout. The team also won the free throw shooting contest at the tournament, thanks to the sharpshooting skills of Marshall Willier and Lucas Dubelt. The team would like to dedicate their performance at the tournament to coach Riley, who was unable to be there this weekend.
